The Movement
Care works when it's connected.
A person's wellbeing doesn't live in an app. It lives between them and their family, their workplace, their school, their doctor, their city. MANAM is built as an ecosystem — seven rings around every individual, connected rather than siloed.
The seven rings
The individual at the centre. Around them: family, workplaces, schools and universities, healthcare, community and volunteers, and public institutions. Every MANAM program strengthens a ring — and the connections between rings.
- Individuals — a daily practice that belongs to you
- Families — shared habits and honest conversations at home
- Workplaces — cultures that measure wellbeing like they measure output
- Schools & universities — emotional vocabulary before exam vocabulary
- Healthcare — companions on-ramping to clinicians, never replacing them
- Community & volunteers — trained neighbours who listen first
- Public institutions — wellbeing as infrastructure, not charity
What joining looks like
Practice daily and quietly — that's already membership. Bring one conversation about the mind into your home or team. Volunteer as a community supporter. Or partner with us as an institution. Every ring has a door.
World Mental Health Day — 10 October
Every year, one day makes these conversations easier to start. MANAM anchors its most public moment to it: every mind matters, every conversation matters. Campaigns, circles, and events gather here as they take shape.
